As the client, you have access to all the answers you seek but there is so much to sort through. My job as your coach is to objectively help you learn, gain clarity and perspective, and to see things you might not otherwise see. It is to be your guide as you explore the possibilities of who you wish to become and the ways to get there.
Exceptional executive coaching is collaborative, coactive, and client driven. Sometimes the process is messy and unpredictable and there is no “one way” to be coached. One of world’s greatest executive coaches, David Peterson, says that it is the job of the coach to give the client what they need, when they need it.
This will mean different things at different times. Sometimes it will be about teaching, or observing the obvious, or exploring the many options. Sometimes it will be consultative and action-focused and at other times, a slow and introspective exploration will be best. Whatever is most appropriate and valuable in the moment is what we will do. In every session we will start fast, go deep, and end strong.
My ideal client is a senior level leader who knows down deep that it is time to do more, or to do things differently. This will involve personal, professional, and every aspect of life. It will be about the day to day and about what lies ahead. It will be about being your best. For the past twenty years I have worked with leaders at all levels, in myriad industries, and across many cultures in the areas of leadership and emotional intelligence. As a certified executive coach and emotional intelligence practitioner, I am ready to explore what is next for you in a safe and confidential way.
When I work with my clients there is a magic that happens, and it is different every time. One thing that is remains the same is that the client and I combine our knowledge, skills, and energy to reveal something new. And, we always learn something important.

I have continued support from a world-wide community of brilliant coaches who share their expertise and with whom I continue to learn.
In our work together, we will identify your needs and goals and place our focus there.
